before your appointment
ARRIVAL TIME
Please arrive at the time of your appointment, avoid arriving early as our waiting room is quite intimate. There is a wide range of local coffee, food and OP shops to explore should you be in the area earlier than your appointment.
ACCOMPANYING GUESTS
You’re welcome to bring one or two respectable guests with you.
If the studio is especially busy or your artist feels like the extra person might make things too crowded - we may kindly ask guests to wait in the waiting area. no large groups or entourages. please respect our artists and the space.
ANTIBIOTICS / MEDICATIONS
If you are on antibiotics or have been in the week leading up to your appointment, unfortunately we are not able to proceed with your appointment. It is not possible to safely get a tattoo while on antibiotics.
As for medications, your consent form will ask you to disclose medications, your artist will discuss with you on the day should they have any questions or concerns. For acne medication, we ask that you get the all-clear from a dermatologist or doctor before your appointment. Please reach out prior if you have any concerns as we do not want to turn you away on the day.
PAYMENT
Our studio is cash/bank transfer or eftpos (which incurs a small service fee)
CONSENT FORM
Please ensure you fill out the digital consult form that has been texted to you 2 hours prior to your appointment.
FAKE TAN
Please ensure you have no fake tan on the area you are getting a tattoo and please moisturise the area leading up to your appointment. On the day of your appointment, please keep your skin free of any products.
appointments & deposits
a non-refundable deposit is requred to secure your booking - this goes toward the final cost of your tattoo. If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours notice to keep your deposit valid for your new booking
No-shows will result in loss of deposit and major last-minute design changes may require you to reschedule - along with a new deposit.
